A piece of heaven

Okay, forget everything I said about the first villa being paradise. We just spent the last 2 days in a villa called Karma Kandara and it is so incredibly breathtaking I’m actually out of adjectives for once.

It’s a 4-bedroom cliff-top resort villa overlooking the Indian Ocean and everything about it is perfect.

Private infinity pool, check.

Lush outdoor gazebo + dining area, check.

Unbelievable view, check.

Elegant interiors, check.

Private beach with the finest white sand, check.

Kids club with personalized attention, check.

Safe from creepy crawlies, check.

And the pièce de résistance – a stunning horizon infinity pool where the end meets the sky.

They say a picture paints a thousand words so I’m going to stop talking now and let the pictures do the talking.

And a bonus one of my sister who’s missing from the group shot because she offered to be the photographer and my skills are not high-level enough to photoshop her in.

Hahahahah you totally should!! It’s quite awesome and your kids are water babies, they can stay in the pool all day. Tru and Kirsten are both super sunburnt even after lots of sunblock.

Yeah all the kids did! Actually even if you’re not a fan of the beach, you’ll have a good time lounging out by the pool. :)

Oh there were monkeys but I’m ok with monkeys. And some bugs here and there but unlike the first villa, this one is completely air-conditioned. So apart from the outdoor patio where the pool is, the rest of the villa is quite safe!

I wish you didn’t blog about this and tell only a select few people (those who bribe you with good coffee) so that the whole world wouldn’t be going there now.

    It’s soo Breathtakingly Beautiful!

Hahahah ok we’ll do the coffee the next round. :) But this place is really huge though, I think there are 46 villas in all so I think there should be vacancies if you don’t go during peak periods

Oh no! u are giving me ideas now!! the hubs and i were just thinking of where we could go with our 15mo. How much was it per villa?

PS: the last shot of u n Finn is really nice. U look v slim (not that u are fat to begin with) n Finn is adorably chubby!!

The price differs depending on the size of the villa. You can check out their website for details http://www.karmakandara.com

Oh and the last photo is my sis with Finn. And she’s definitely slimmer than me sighhh
