Face Off

Some kids are born with special gifts like playing the violin or ballet dancing and it’s our job as parents to discover those talents and nurture them. Ever since the kids came along, I’ve been very diligent in searching out those talents so that we can maximize their potential. Give them a head start and all that.

We’ve discovered that Tru’s talent is in making faces, like the vector face and the blue steel. He used to ask me to explain emotions when he watches TV, like “what happened? The boy is very sad because he lost his balloon? Is he happy? Confused?”

After that he would replicate the expressions. He improvs most of them and really nails it, if I might add.

I’m trying to expand his repertoire so anyone knows how to do flabbergasted?

PS. Episode 5 of the Olay 360 Transformation is here. Hope you guys have enjoyed it so far, there’ll be one last episode before we wrap up the series.

Hahaha… He’s really good! Especially like the “shocked” and “zombie” versions… He can be an actor next time!

His favorite is definitely the zombie. He uses it to scare his sister and she will run screaming. For real. And she will say “I don’t want kor kor to make ugly face..”

Therein lies a talent for acting. Sign up for speech and drama classes! Look out for the next call for children to star in advertisements!

Haha right now we make him do it for our own entertainment but you’re right! Must make him pay for his own university education.

I think flabbergasted is Macullay Caulkin in the Home Alone series. Maybe Truett can watch that!

Good one! Used to love Macaulay Culkin in Home Alone! I’m going to hold out on letting Tru watch it first I have a feeling he’ll do some of the stuff to us just for kicks.

Natural born model. Some people think only classic pretty babies make good models. I disagree. I think it’s the ones that know how to work the camera. Tru is a natural! Acting is a good career too! Hah.

Wahahaha. You just made me laugh and momentarily forget my troubles with the bub today. Hmm, flabbergasted is tough. I s’pose take a cue from Macaulay Culkin in Home Alone, and then up it a notch? :P
