I needed the sleep so bad, and the lack of it was making my eyes roll to the back of my head over and over again. She was just shrieking away, demanding my attention, so I hovered over her with eyes half closed, brought my face close to soothe her. And I got the sweetest surprise; she beamed her gummilicious smile at me and made the cutest gurgle on earth.
